This tutorial will show you how to disable spam filtering.
The primary reason for disabling spam filtering is to ensure that no emails go into the Junk E-mail folder. If you choose to disable the spam filtering we have in place to protect your account, you do so at your own risk. Please do not disable your spam filtering to accommodate a few senders who are having trouble reaching you. It is much safer to simply add senders you trust (who have had delivery issues) to your Trusted Senders List. And, of course, feel free to contact our support team if you have any spam or delivery related questions. We can help you find the most effective and safest solution - which is almost never to disable spam filtering!
Step 1: Click the Settings icon.
Step 2: From the middle pane, expand Filtering. Then, click Spam Filtering
Step 3: From the right pane, click the Options tab.
Select Override spam settings for this account
Step 4: Click the Actions tab.
Ensure that all drop down menus have No Action selected.
