Change Password in Billing System

This tutorial will show you how to change your password to the Entrvst Billing System.

Please Note: The Entrvst Billing System is a separate area and cannot be accessed from the Control Panel or Webmail areas. If you are not an authorized contact on the Entrvst account, you likely do not have access to the billing account and we cannot assist you with logging in. Contact the account administrator (owner) or whoever manages the Entrvst account for your company.

If you are an authorized contact on the account, the information below is intended for you.

Choose one:

First, make sure you are on the correct login page.

Resetting your password is simple, whether you forgot the password or simply need to change it.
But first, you need to make sure that you are on the correct login page.

There are two ways to reach the billing system login page:

1.  From our home page, entrvst.com, you can click on the Billing link in the top right of the page.

2. In your internet browser's address/url bar, type or copy+paste the following url: https://www.entrvst.com/billing

Either option will bring you to this page:

I forgot my password and need to get a new one.

Once you have verified that you are on the correct login page, you need to know your correct username/email address for the billing account. Each billing account is managed by a single set of login credentials, so this is not the same thing as an authorized contact email address (of which there may be a few for any given account). This will be the admin email address on the entire account.

Step 1: Try logging in with the username and password you last remember using.

If that fails, click the "Forgot Password?" button.

Step 2: You will be prompted to enter the email address username for the billing account.

Enter the billing account's admin email address, then click Submit.

Step 3: If you see this message (below), then you do not know your username.

Please contact our support team or billing team for login assistance and specify that you need help logging into the billing system

Step 4: If you see this message (below) then you entered the correct email address.

Answer the security question, and keep in mind it is case sensitive. Click Submit

If you cannot answer the question, Please contact our support team or billing team for login assistance.

Step 5: If you answered the security question correctly, a password reset email will be sent to you at the address you entered.

Step 6: Within a few minutes, you will receive an email like this one (below).

Follow the instructions in the email, and be aware that the link will expire in two hours

Click the link in the email to reset your password.

Step 7: The link takes you to a password reset area where you can enter a new password for your billing account.

Enter your new password in both boxes and then click Save

Be sure that your password is strong, and at least meets the minimum requirements for password strength that Entrvst recommends:

8-24 characters in length
including at least one lowercase letter (a, b, c, d...)
including at least one uppercase letter (A, B, C, D...)
including at least one special character ($, #, @, !, &...)
including at least one number (1, 2, 3, 4...)

Step 8: Your password has been changed. Click the link to reach your Entrvst Billing Portal. You will be logged in automatically.
