Creating an autoresponder

This tutorial will show you how to create an autoresponder.


Step 1: Click the Settings icon.
 

 

 

 

 

Step 2: In the middle pane, click Auto-Responder

Then, in the right pane, Check the Enable auto-responder box.

 

 

 

 

 

Step 3: Configure your Auto-Responder

1) Click the Message tab.
2) Enter a Subject.
3) Optional. You can enable active date range to automatically turn the autoresponder on or off. If not, it will autorespond indefinitely until you manually disable the autoresponder.
4) Enter a Message.

 

 

 

That's it! Your Autoresponder is now active.

Be sure to disable your auto-responder when you are back in the office.
