Upgrade, Downgrade, or Change Your Account

If you would like to process any account change, including upgrades or downgrades, for any of your services with Entrvst, please contact our billing department.


Although it is possible to request upgrades, downgrades, or other account changes from your Billing Portal, these are still requests and not automatically processed. Email is the best way to request any account change, and calls to the Billing Department are also a good way to request changes and ask questions during our business hours. 

 


Emailing Billing or Support

 

This is the preferred method for requesting any account changes.
If you have our billing or support email address saved, feel free to send a direct email to either address.
You can also use this secure contact form.

Describe your request in detail and make sure you reference the account the request is for. 

If you are emailing to discuss account details or make changes, please keep our security protocols in mind:

  1. You must email us from an address that is listed as an authorized contact on the account
  2. Even if you are the account owner and we are fairly certain your request is legitimate, we will not process any request coming from an email address you have not added as an authorized contact on your account.
  3. We cannot disclose any account information to unauthorized email addresses

 


Calling the Billing Department

Email is always the best and fastest way to reach us, but authorized contacts may call to request account changes during business hours.
Use the phone number in the top right of our website. This is also available on our Contact Us page. Dial the Billing Extension

If you leave a voice message, please be aware we will have to confirm the request with you via email or a followup call. 

If calling in, please keep our security protocols in mind:

  1. You must be listed as an authorized contact on the account
  2. You will be asked security questions about the account
  3. Failure to answer security questions correctly will result in our inability to identify you as an authorized contact
  4. We cannot disclose any account information to unauthorized callers
