Sync & Share Webmail Contacts with Outlook 2013

This tutorial will show you how to sync Webmail Contacts with Outlook 2013.


Without adding the email account itself to the Outlook Desktop Client Software, you can sync Webmail Contacts to multiple instances of Outlook.

You can add a shared contact list to multiple instances of Outlook.
 

Step 1: In Webmail, go into Contacts.

 

 

 

 

Step 2: From the Actions menu, select Add to Outlook.

 

 

 

 

Step 3: Click OK.

 

 

 

 

Step 4: Click Open link.

 

 

 

 

Step 5: Click Advanced...

 

 

 

 

Step 6: Give this list a name. Then, click OK.

 

 

 

 

Step 7: Click Yes.

 

 

 

 

Step 8: You will now see your Webmail Contacts folders.

 

 


You can add the Global Address List to Outlook.


Entrvst provides your company with a Global Address List, which displays all users within your organization.

The Global Address List is maintained by your company's administrator in our Control Panel. Whenever a user is added or removed in our Control Panel, it updates the Global Address List. You can add the Global Address List to Outlook.

 

 

Step 1: In Webmail, go into Contacts.

 

 

 

 

 

Step 2: From the Actions menu, select Add to Outlook.

 

 

 

 

 

Step 3: Select Global Address List. Then, click OK.

 

 

 

 

 

Step 4: Click Open Link.

 

 

 

 

Step 5: Click Advanced...

 

 

 

 

 

Step 6: Name this list Global Address List. Then, click OK.

 

 

 

 

 

Step 7: Click Yes.

 

 

 

 

Step 8: You will now see your Global Address List folder.
